We’re looking for another marbelous Logistics Specialist to join the team — someone who knows how to keep things moving when plans change and who enjoys turning logistical chaos into something that actually works. Are you the one?
What would you be doing?
- Manage and oversee transportation across the EU and US, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery (from our Domžale warehouse to the central US/EU warehouse and from the US/EU central warehouse to the end destination).
- Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, third-party logistics providers, and customers to make sure deliveries are done and organised efficiently.
- Prepare and handle shipping documents, ensuring compliance with customs and trade regulations.
- Monitor product inventory levels in selected warehouses and plan logistics so there are no stock availability disruptions.
- Track logistics performance metrics and analyze data to optimize processes and reduce costs.
- Oversee web store and sample orders and prepare shipping documentation for them.
- Develop and map processes you manage so other team members can clearly understand and support you.
What do you need?
- 3+ years of experience in logistics or transport management, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Calma in stressful situations.
- Fluent in English.
- Availability in afternoon hours (especially when we have any open transport projects happening in the US).
Bonus skills (wanted & prized, but optional)
- Familiarity with EU and US transportation regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
- Experience with logistics software, such as TMS (Transportation Management System), and ERP platforms.
