We’re looking for a Junior Specialist for Quality & Safety to help us keep our products not just delicious, but uncompromisingly safe, compliant and top-tier.

In this role, you’ll be hands-on with product documentation, allergen management, labeling, certifications and food safety systems, working across teams and with external partners to make sure everything meets the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support activities related to product quality and food safety assurance across the full product lifecycle
  • Manage and monitor allergens (risk assessments, labeling, compliance in production)
  • Contribute to food fraud prevention (VACCP), including supplier and raw material vulnerability assessments
  • Prepare, review, and maintain product documentation (specifications, shelf life, technical data)
  • Develop and validate product labels, ensuring compliance with regulatory and market requirements
  • Monitor relevant legislation and coordinate compliance efforts with internal teams
  • Manage certifications and labels (e.g. V-Label, Nutri-Score, organic) and ensure correct usage
  • Oversee GTIN and barcode systems, coordinating with sales, marketing and logistics
  • Collaborate with external manufacturers (documentation alignment, technical support)
  • Support onboarding of new customers and ensure compliance with their requirements
  • Provide technical support to sales, marketing and customer service (product info, tenders, complaints)
  • Plan and coordinate internal monitoring activities (testing, sampling, results review, corrective actions)
  • Assist in HACCP documentation and implementation of food safety systems (GMP, hygiene, IFS)
  • Conduct sensory evaluations and support laboratory-related activities
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality and food safety

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher in Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology or a related field
  • 1+ year of experience in quality, food safety or a related field (food industry, microbiology, certification, etc.)
  • Fluent in English
  • Understanding of quality and food safety systems and processes
  • Ability to process and analyze data
  • Communication and collaboration skills
