Junior / Mid Technologist

 At Juicy Marbles, we are redefining the future of plant-based food — and technology is at the core of everything we do. As a Junior / Mid Technologist, you will play a key role in supporting production processes, implementing new products and ensuring consistent quality and safety standards.


This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with production, R&D and quality team, gaining deep insight into how innovative food products are scaled and optimized. You’ll be involved in testing, process improvements, and day-to-day technological support — making a real impact on what we produce.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting activities related to food safety and quality with a focus on operational execution
  • Assisting in the transfer of new products from R&D to production
  • Monitoring and supporting optimization of production processes and parameters
  • Executing technological tests and validations in production and evaluating results
  • Supporting planning and execution of quality-related production trials
  • Preparing and updating technological instructions and supporting employee training
  • Maintaining and updating technological documentation
  • Supporting HACCP system activities (risk analysis, documentation updates, process diagrams, documentation for new products)
  • Assisting in implementation of corrective actions based on risk assessments
  • Collaborating with R&D, production, and quality teams on process improvements
  • Ensuring proper documentation, traceability, and process compliance
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by the manager in line with qualifications

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher in food technology, biotechnology or related field
  • Basic understanding of food production processes and technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to process and analyze data
  • Communication and collaboration skills
  • Responsibility, reliability, proactiveness and independence

  • Experience with certifications, labeling or regulatory compliance
