Dear coworkers. We are glad to inform you the R&D department has officially launched the sample making ticketing system. We estimated that we spent 20% of 2024 in sample making, with many samples made with a lot of effort that were sometimes not even used or sent. We will use this ticketing system to track the amount of samples and act accordingly. You can submit your requests by filling the form bellow. Here are the basic rules:

1. Notice in advance: The timeline is 2 weeks in advance - otherwise the R&D reserves the right to not deliver the samples
2. Order fullfillment: Fullfilment of samples is handled by the person ordering the samples
3. Clear instructions: Make instructions as concise and clear as possible
4. Personal use: If samples are meant for personal use - the R&D reserves the right to not deliver the samples or adjust the timeline accordingly
5. Volume of requests: If the amount of samples is unreasonable and distracts the R&D from priority project we reserve the right to not deliver the samples or adjust the timeline accordingly
