Sales Operations Specialist

Domžale, Slovenia

Call us crazy, but we decided to sell this sales position to you salespeople by being honest.

Sales Ops is a tough role - probably everywhere, but maybe a bit more so in our team. The reason? We don’t have 10-plus years of polishing and optimizing our sales processes behind us - we built everything from scratch over the last two years. Our team has implemented many awesome and innovative practices, but we’ve also made peace with some messiness.

As a Sales Ops Specialist, you’ll be at the center of some of the most intense internal action you can imagine. You’ll work with business developers, accounting, purchasing, planning, and others,(and of course clients) where you’ll need all the persistence and communication skills you can muster. We’re all nice people with a great sense of humor and all, but boy, do we need a lot of reminders sometimes!

On the flip side, we have a great track record of developing young professionals. We offer you freedom, trust, responsibility, a generous learning budget, and support when things go south. So, if you’re looking to grow your sales career by jumping right into the action, give us a click!
