It's time for us to elevate our finance game. As a "not-really-a-startup-anymore" team, we're looking for someone to help us structure and manage our financial processes. Think of us as an ambitious young person with big dreams and lots of energy to turn them into reality. Now, we need you to be our more experienced cousin who’s seen the real world and can connect our dreams to (financial) reality.

What will you do?
- Lead financial/accounting team and processes,
- Identify and prepare financial data and insights to support management decisions.
- Assist the CEO in managing capital structure and fundraising initiatives.
- Monitor business performance with tracking tools and establish corrective actions as needed.
- Analyze production and operations to assess performance based on industry benchmarks.
- Develop financial plans, business plans, budgets, and reports for owners, investors, and shareholders.
- Manage relationships with external partners (controlling, accounting) and lead internal accounting/financial project teams.
- Ensure contract compliance and handle monthly reporting related to business performance.
- Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments.
- Evaluate and validate investment opportunities (projects and capital expenditures) through financial analyses, ROI assessments, and risk evaluations.
- Participate in all sales-related cost and ROI calculations.
- Bring structure and fact-based decision-making tools to Juicy Marbles’ finances.
What do you need?
- 5-7 years of experience in finance (leadership role)
- Specific expertise in accounting, investment, and financial planning, ideally with auditing experience.
- Pragmatic, execution-focused, and able to see the big picture quickly.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on building structure.
- Ideally, experience related to production and sales.
- Background in (international) accounting, controlling, and/or investment.
- Leadership experience - complex projects and teams.
- Fluent English.
- Nice to have: international experience in the food industry.
