What would I be doing?

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Drive the implementation of growth plans with existing and new clients based on our strategy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data in CRM systems and other databases.
  • Monitor KPIs, and identify bottlenecks in the sales process and propose solutions.
  • Ensure data consistency across all sales systems and platforms.
  • Help develop sales training materials, playbooks, and resources.
  • Provide support to the sales team (troubleshooting related to sales tools and processes).
  • Assist in the development of sales forecasts and annual sales plans.
  • Drive collaboration between sales and other teams (through tools and otherwise).
  • Use data insights to recommend pricing strategies, product offerings, and sales tactics.

What do I need?

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, KAM, business development, business analytics, or a similar role.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills (English).

Bonus skills (wanted & prized, but optional)

  • Experience with sales forecasting and planning.
  • Experience in FMCG sector.
